Michael won the Pro Cup - brilliant win - tough draw - just a matter of time before he won - superb!

Well done the The Yeti... Magnificent scalp taking such a strong win over the reigning World 10 Ball Champion.

Congratulations to Michael, SAPPA, and Scotland!

All the best,
Big Dave.

Thats me just back....nackered

The final finished at 1.45am against aAppleton...really happy to have won the event. I`ve been pretty quiet for a while and it`s good to be back on the winning side. Beat some quality players on saturday. forgot what it was like lol...
Had to play 9.30 on Sunday morning in the open event. Pretty hard going for an old man like me. got about two hours sleep.. managed to get to the last 16 on the sunday then got beat of Bradley Parker..missed a few balls , ran dry a couple of times and got punished ..god this game is frustrating.
anyway, I`m of to have a few beers now..

So much for me wanting to update the information over the weekend - my smegging internet connection went down on Saturday and has still not returned! I'm doing this post on the quiet at my work! Shhhhh! Wink

Congratulations to Michael on winning the Pro Cup, and to the gang at the Pro9 site on getting a picture of The Yeti SMILING!!! Wink Wink Wink

Congratulations should also go to a few other SAPPA players for excellent results over the weekend. Two of the stand out results for me were Stevie Capaldi's 9-7 victory over Raj Hundall and Adam Smith's 9-3 victory over Karl Boyes, both in the last 16 of the Main Event.

Also, thanks for clearing up the confusion, Dean.

Best wishes

Thanks Brian for being so pedantic, I hoped u would let me off with that. Smile Apart from atrocious acts of genocide and the Somali pirates, I had nothing topical to say. Sorry dude. Gaza's hogging the headlines. Whats going down on the West coast? Hope life is good. Smile Do you get any time on-shore?
