Plans are afoot for 2010/11 and those of us involved in next season will be meeting in the coming week or so to make arrangements.

As for Event 5, I have suggested dates and venue to Ross regarding this (22-23 May at Reardon's Central) but he has still to confirm this with me. He is currently in Catalonia, Spain for an 8 Ball festival and will not be back home for another week. Hopefully, he'll get a chance to see this while he's out there and may be able to confirm this for us.

Sorry I cannot give any further details, but it is all I have at the moment. Hopefully, I'll be able to give you all more details very very soon.

Best wishes

I will go with any date that Peter and Tam agree with.

Sorry boys will give you a better explanation later but all in all I have had it up to there with SAPPA.

To the players out there who think I have just sat back and took money out of SAPPA, that is so far from the truth, I have lost time and again hoping that we could turn the corner, so I will now step back and hand over to Peter and co who I believe with your help can change things around.

I will in any way still help SAPPA but I cannot afford to just keep putting money into it.

The boys can give me dates and inform me what/where they want the events and I will get them.

Just to set mind at ease - there will be tournaments and a tour in the future.
Discussions are taking place just now. Be patient and all will be revealed.

can i make a suggestion for the new season? the tour is called the scottish american pool players association, correct? why dont we make it an american pool tour then, have 9ball, 10ball and american 8ball tourneys? if there is gonna be 6 or 9 or back to around 12 tourneys in the season have 1/3 9ball (championship still 9ball) 1/3 10ball and 1/3 american 8ball. this would freshen it up a bit, plus in my opinion these are both better games than 9ball. It depends on what everyone wants obviously but its just a suggestion.

great idea about the 10,8,and 9ball,i personaly think this would attract more players to the tour as every event will be different, and i also think 8ball and 10 ball are better games.hope this comes good.
