It is essential in order to make this event a success that payments are received promptly, can I ask that if you have not paid yet that you do so now.
There are 9 spaces left, we will be announcing a couple of things regarding this tournament during this week. With these announcements and I'll be promoting it at the SAPPA tournament at the weekend, I expect that the field will be full by Monday.
To avoid missing out on the biggest 9 ball event in Scotland for years you need to register and pay as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Mr F.

I have received a payment with the reference 'SK CROSBY'

This does not match any name that has registered for the tournament, if this refers to you please email me to let me know.

edinburgh9ball@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks,

PS - 5 spaces left

Hi Yeti,

The format is outlined in the first post in this thread.
In addition to this info...

- single elimination, open draw
- first 2 rounds alternate breaks because races are lower
- remainder will be winner breaks
- saturday will be down to 32 players, i.e one match but you will have a scheduled time
- sunday will be to a finish, final should be scheduled for around 8pm
- the races will depend on the final numbers but likely to be 6 and 7 in first two rounds
- last 16 onwards will be races to 9 minimum, semi's likely to be 10
- final will be probably be race to 11

Feel free to ask if you need anymore specific info.

PS - still have 4 spaces left

Thanks.

If you need anymore reason to enter this tournament........

Brown Taylor, the group behind The Green Room, have been kind enough to donate a luxury break prize!

Any player that stays to watch the final on the Sunday evening ( remember it's scheduled for 8pm ) will be entered into a prize draw to win......

1 nights accomodation for 2 people at the luxury boutique hotel Hawke and Hunter in Edinburgh, also included is a 3 course meal in their award winning restaurant ( drinks not included ) and they'll even treat you to a continental breakfast before you depart!

Terms and Conditions state that the prize is valid Sunday to Thursday only.

Feedback on this idea would be good, hopefully people will stay and watch the final now? The prize is worth well in excess of £200....

Stevie,

I have reserved a space for you until the weekend, let me know as soon as you can.
As for the final, if everything runs to plan it will be 8pm and to be honest I can't see it being much earlier than this. I'll update the site on the Sunday of the tournament should the time of the final change.

Thanks.
